Payment:

1. Deposit:

 

A non-refundable deposit of $745 USD is required upon booking to secure your spot.

If the retreat is booked less than 2 weeks in advance, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

 

2. Balance:

 

The remaining balance of $745 USD must be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of the retreat if paying by credit card or bank transfer.

If the balance is not paid within this timeframe, payment in cash (Peruvian Soles, 2800 Soles) will be required on the Monday of the retreat.

 

3. Full Payment Option:

 

The total retreat cost ($1490 USD) can be paid at the time of booking to secure your spot immediately.

 

4. Payment Methods:

 

Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

 

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

1. Refunds:

 

Refunds are only available with 8 weeks’ notice prior to the retreat start date.

An administration fee of $100 USD will be deducted from all refunds.

 

2. Rescheduling or Transferring:

 

Rescheduling your retreat or transferring your booking to another person is allowed based on availability within 12 months of the originally booked retreat date.

Availability for rescheduled retreats is not guaranteed if programs are fully booked.

 

3. Insurance:

 

We strongly recommend purchasing personal insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations due to illness or other emergencies.
